Terms & Conditions
Cricket is a fun and challenging activity. Children, adults, parents and spectators need to strive to enjoy their cricket in a positive manner. Players will learn, get excited and perform better with positive encouragement. Repeated negative or derogatory comments may result in a player, parent or spectator being asked to leave the ground.

Injuries will occur from time to time and while the Pukekohe Metro Cricket Club (PMCC) cannot take responsibility for these, if parents/caregivers are absent the appropriate medical action will be taken and any costs will be the responsibility of those parents/caregivers.

All players must present themselves for each game dressed in the PMCC designated shirt and playing cap. All members must have paid subs in order to be assigned to a team. Fees can be paid online directly to the PMCC nominated bank account. PMCC reserves the right to place players into teams based on ability, numbers and other club-based reasons.

Full payment of all fees is required by the start of the first game. PMCC operates a strict no pay, no play policy after this date. If no payment is received the player will not be added to a team. No refunds will be given once the season has commenced.

To make every reasonable endeavour to limit risk of personal injury by wearing recommended safety equipment and abiding by the helmet policy of New Zealand Cricket, as well as any other rules and regulations of the club or governing body relating to safety equipment.

A discounted rate is available for students playing in the senior grades. Valid student identification must be presented to the PMCC committee on request.

If a family discount (3 or more players) or alternative payment terms are required please contact the Treasurer at treasurer@pmcc.org.nz to arrange those terms. If no contact has been made to the Treasurer 7 days prior to the first game, the applicable full membership rate will be payable on the due date.

Photographs By agreeing to the terms and conditions of the Club the player or guardian agrees:

That the Club or associated governing bodies may publish photographs in any form or medium for general marketing and promotional activities, including social media.

Where the parent or guardian does not consent to their image being published in any form of media a written request is required to be sent to the PMCC Committee addressed to the President.

PMCC collects personal information during registrations so that it can be used for Club purposes including communications with members and selecting teams. This information will be provided to Grade Coordinators, Coaches & Managers and as required to the Club's parent body Counties Manukau Cricket Association.

During the season, PMCC may pass your email contact details to selected club sponsors or third parties for the purposes of providing you with information that is relevant or beneficial to your membership with the club.

Privacy Acknowledgement
The Pukekohe Metro Cricket Club and the Counties Manukau Cricket Association hold the information provided. The club communicates its training, team messages, fundraising and events throughout the year by way of email, club website, social media, team coaches, text messaging or phone calls. Photographs may also be taken for use on the club’s website or club Facebook page.
